Week 1 We receive and review your application. We practice blind hiring - your name is anonymous to ensure maximum fairness
Week 2 We contact you for a short video meeting or call, to get to know you a bit and ask you a few questions about your background and experience.
Week 3 You will meet the hiring manager and a person from their team. You will talk about the role, the company, your background and experience.
Week 4 We will send you a small test, to see a snapshot of what you can do. The test is practical and depends on the role and team you have applied to. We do not believe in making people work for free, so it will not take you more than 2 hours to complete. Promise.
Week 5 You will meet with your hiring manager, somebody from their team, and HR. You will receive feedback about your test, and we will ask you a few questions more to get to know you a bit better.
We will check your references and send you an offer.
